SPI has no general-purpose issue tracker as of 2018-03-10. In the meantime, this wiki page serves as an unofficial and fully manual general-purpose tracker. The official issue tracker is also available for specific purposes.

To report an untracked issue, please find the lowest unused number from here and quickly modify the page after sending your mail. This page can be edited by anyone (but is subject to approval in order to prevent spamming). If you wait until you see the message on archives (so you can link to it), you will add an extra delay. Regardless of moderation delays, this process lacks atomicity and could cause a report number to be used twice.
